David Shaffer’s Conga Cubana strikes an exciting balance between the Latin rumba style of traditional Cuban music and dynamic rhythmic writing for the entire percussion section. It offers musicians the chance to explore vibrant Latin American music while featuring instruments like the Conga Drum, Claves, Timbales, Maracas, and Guiro. This lively piece will be a hit with both musicians and audiences in any concert setting.
