Jupiter Fanfare is an outstanding concert opener for beginners and first-year students, composed in the style of a heroic fanfare. The main theme draws from a four-note idea in Mozart’s final symphony, “Jupiter”. Using only six pitches, it gives every wind player a chance to share the melody, while the percussion parts remain engaging yet accessible. A fresh twist on a Mozart classic!
